The process
For many of our clients, working with an accountant is a completely new experience — and we understand that. From day one, we make sure you clearly understand what we do, how we do it, and how we support your business.
Your journey begins with an onboarding call. This is where we take the time to learn about you and your business, gather everything we need, and agree on a clear plan for moving forward. You’ll be assigned a dedicated accountant, set up on our client portal, and introduced to cloud accounting (don’t worry — it’s much simpler than it sounds).
Once your engagement letter is signed, you’re ready to trade. From that point on, it’s important you always know where you stand. We actively encourage you to contact your accountant with any questions, no matter how small. This helps us plan ahead, avoid issues before they arise, and keep everything crystal clear.
With regular check-ins and quarterly review meetings, we can identify potential problems early, answer questions as they come up, and keep your finances on track. These conversations are often far more valuable than clients expect.
While you focus on running your business, our accountancy team works behind the scenes — handling filings, deadlines, and compliance — giving you peace of mind and the confidence that everything is taken care of.
